Liverpool stepped up their preparations for the return of the Premier League with a 6-0 win over Blackburn Rovers at Anfield on Thursday afternoon.

The Reds return to competitive action against Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday, June 21 in a game which could see them clinch the Premier League title if Manchester City are beaten by Arsenal in their game in hand next Wednesday.

And Jurgen Klopp’s side certainly looked in good nick against Blackburn, with Sadio Mane, Naby Keita, Takumi Minamino, Joel Matip, Ki-Jana Hoever and Leighton Clarkson all scoring in a one-sided friendly behind closed doors.
