Members of the anti-doping agency turned up at Valdebebas on Tuesday morning to carry out random drug tests on four Real Madrid players.

These types of tests are common and the players were chosen randomly, although their identities were unknown.

Similar tests are also expected to be carried out soon by UEFA as they so often do ahead of European matches.

In regards to Champions League football, the Madrid squad are eagerly awaiting the decision of UEFA as to whether they will have to play the return leg against Manchester City in England or in Lisbon, which has been the chosen location of the rest of the competition from the quarter finals stage onwards.
