Good news for Setien as injured trio make progressfcb

Barcelona’s French trio of Ousmane Dembele, Clement Lenglet and Antoine Griezmann have taken significant steps forward in their recoveries from their respective injuries.

Dembele has been out since the start of the year with a hamstring injury and Lenglet and Griezmann picked up groin and quadriceps injuries towards the end of the season.

Yet all three were able to do some specific individual work on the pitches as Barcelona trained on Tuesday.

This is good news for coach Quique Setien as he looks ahead to the Blaugrana’s Champions League last 16 second leg against Napoli on August 8.

He does, though, still have the injuries of Samuel Umtiti and Ronald Araujo to worry about, in addition to the Arthur situation.
